THINGS TO KNOW

• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• In the event that you plan to bring your furry friend(s), please note that we charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 for your first pet and $250 per additional pet and have a limit of 2 pets max. See our host profile for breed restrictions.
